Submission guidelines
What to prepare before registering an artist or submitting a work or project in any artistic field.
Identity and authority
Provide your contact details, relationship to the artist, and supporting evidence when registering on behalf of another person or organization.
Works and projects
Choose the artistic field, then provide a title, date, format or genre, materials or technology, dimensions or duration, contributors, venue or platform, presentation history, rights, and complete documentation credits where applicable.
Documentation for every form
Visual artists may add artwork views; filmmakers may add stills; performers may add performance documentation; writers may add pages or covers; architects and designers may add plans or project images; sound and music practitioners may add cover images and recording links.
Sources and context
Separate verified facts from interpretation. Link to reliable publications, catalogues, recordings, screenings, broadcasts, institutional records, or estate documentation whenever possible.
Review states
Submissions move through Draft, Submitted, Under Review, Changes Requested, Approved, and Published. Rejected material remains private to the applicant and review team.
